NOTE: Our rates are approved in agreement with the council (WDC) in April 2026. While we remain confident the rates above are accurate in providing you an estimate, they will be finalised early in 2026.

What's Included in Your Hire?
Venue & Furniture
Hire of the historic room(s) you select, including use of our standard tables and chairs.
Climate & Connectivity
Heating and cooling for comfort, plus essential Wi-Fi access.
Onsite Support
One staff member for support during set-up, event, and pack-down, and a lectern for presentations.
Kitchen & Meeting Extras
Access to the Kitchenette/Bar facilities. Meeting rooms include x1 interactive TV, glassware & chilled water. (Note: Main Commercial Kitchen is included only when hiring the Whole Complex).
Additional Information
Additional Charges: (Discussed at point of booking): PA System, clean & clear service, additional event lighting, additional staffing, security, plus more as discussed with your booking.
Registered Charity, Trust, Community Group: The Cambridge Town Hall Community Trust will work with you on your booking and can advise if you qualify for this rate. Community Groups without charitable status are discussed for suitability at the point of booking. We endeavour to support hirers who wish to apply for this rate, so we encourage Waipa-based school groups, youth ensembles, and support services to contact us to discuss our community rate. Weddings, birthday parties, and other similar events are not community events, and our private event rates will apply. If in doubt, please get in touch, as we are happy to assist and guide your booking.
